Sizes
PHBB Body designs come in Wafer, Lug and Double Flanged types with bi-directional sealing. Offered in #150, #300 and #600. Wafer valves are designed to centre itself within the bolt circle by using the valve’s outside diameter. Lug type body design have provision for Drilled holes or Drilled & tapped holes, and can be used for dead end service. Double-flanged valves have flanges integrally cast with the body. Painting can be offered as per NORSOK, NACE II, NACE III. NDE option as per ASME & EN.
PHBB can offer a wide variety of Body, Disc and Stem materials to suit specific customer requirements viz. Carbon
steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex, Aluminium Bronze, Monel, Inconel and other super Alloys. Materials meeting NORSOK M650 specification can be
supplied with QTR.
Laminated reselient seal provides a uniform radial compression of the Seal ring when torque is applied to the shaft. The Seal Ring can be provided in Graphite or PTFE depending on the application

Our DBB’s can be very effectively used in critical applications like instrument take offs, sampling systems, chemical injection and severe applications.
Our DBB’s can be manufactured in different variations whilst maintaining the main blockage device as a ball, the bleed device can be designed to suit customer requirement with needle, gate, and globe options available. The DBB valve can be manufactured in both Floating and Trunnion types, exotic materials and any combination of end connections.
Our body seal & stem seal design is modular. We are able to therefore meet our customers sealing specifications including lip seals and other sealing options.
Our ISO top mounting design reduces the time and cost of actuation. Uniform torques provide prolonged cyclic life.
The DBB valve features a sturdy design, positive stops and position locking arrangements to ensure high level of safety and performance.
